The staff at Twin Trees, Inc. is made up of well-educated, dedicated, and highly motivated professionals who take a personal interest in the well-being and development of each individual. The agency is run with a team approach and each member of the team - the individual, nurse, family members, direct support professional, program specialists, site coordinators and administrators - have a voice to be heard.

Our Staff
Professional staff training and development is on-going as staff members attend informative workshops and in-service programs which keep them informed of the latest innovations and advances in their field. A minimum of 24 hours of inservice training is required annually by program staff. All staff must complete and pass the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare Medication Administration Program prior to administering medications to individuals residing in our program.
